Cannon Fighting Systems, established in June 2001, offers group classes and private lessons in Submission Grappling and Boxing, teaching techniques not found at other locations in the valley. Focusing on the Japanese style of submission grappling, CFS's instruction is unsurpassed in this area.

CFS is the only school in Arizona that concentrates exclusively on no-gi grappling.

At CFS, attention to the technical aspects of Submission Grappling is highly stressed. Every student receives attention in every class, making every time you come in almost feel like a semi-private lesson.

Due to popular request, Boxing instruction is now also available.

Class Schedule

Monday and Wednesday 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Saturday 10:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
